The Medley Private Debt Group invests in private middle market firms primarily through secured debt structures. The Private Debt Investment Teams are based in New York and San Francisco and directly originate and lead the structuring of each investment. Our private debt investments require sophisticated structuring, disciplined underwriting, intensive due diligence and active management by our investment teams.

Medley is able to act as administrative agent, syndication agent and/or club partner. Syndication sizes range up to $100 million and typical hold sizes range from $7 million to $30 million.
